Tri State Party Rentals specializes in fundraisers and we will work with your organization to plan an evening that will exceed your goals.Give your guests something to gamble for. Items can be anything from romantic weekend getaways, to flat screen tvs, to gift certificates. Most of the time you will be able to get these donated, and then you can advertise these prizes in your invitations and on marketing materials. Then, display all of these items at your event with a bowl in front of each.
As your guests arrive, they will be given a pre-determined amount of "funny money". This initial allotment is usually included in the fee for the event. Your guests will cash in the "funny money" for chips and start gambling them away. Once they run out of chips, which (don't worry) they will, the casino always wins... you can give them the option to purchase additional "funny money".
At the end of the event, our dealers will exchange your guests' remaining chips for raffle tickets and they can place these tickets in the bowls in front of each prize. Give it a shot and watch how many people come back next year.
A Poker Tournament fundraiser is an affordable alternative to a full casino night. The only equipment needed is poker tables and chips and we will provide a tournnment director to handle every detail of the event. They are still a great way to raise money for your cause. We can accomodate any size game from 1 table to 100 tables.
